A graduate of Mackenzie University, Horn came to Brazil when he was 11 years old, and at the age of 19, he started working with his brother, Joe, in construction development in Sao Paulo. Gaining 20 years of experience in real estate, Horn finally founded his own property company, Cyrela, which is currently the major publicity traded constructor of high-end residential buildings in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. Known as a workaholic, Horn has expanded his company immensely over the years.
Today, it operates in about 17 states and 66 cities of Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina, and it has over 8,000 clients.
