Mr. Lodha generates his fortune through his Lodha Developers the manifold real estate investments he has been making since 1980. Back then, Mangal Prabhat Lodha set up Lodha Developers, a group that now has more than 30 projects in and around Mumbai, and is also present in Hyderabad and Pune.
