Hua Bangsong is a Chinese businessman who has a net worth of $1.2 billion. A newcomer to billionaire circles, Mr. Bangsong acquired his wealth in the energy and chemicals industries in China. The chairman and founder of Wison Engineering in Hong Kong, Hua Bangsong manages the largest non-government controlled engineering and construction firm in the country. The Wison group actively operates in China, the USA, Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia.

Eventually, it has also started to make ethylene cracking furnaces. Hua Bangsong raised some $154 million with the company's IPO when he also sold 600 million shares. But still, Hua and his wife are the largest shareholders owning almost 80% of the company. Since late January, Wison's shares went up 35%.
